WAY STATION : (STILL) UNBROKEN IN THE BALANCE
Navigating through Pivotal Times
NEW DATE: January 20, 2023, 10-1 pm PT/1-4 pm ET
We believe we have what it takes.
During our Way Stations, we have covered a lot of territory: love, warfare, reckoning, and peacemaking, while living throught the daily assaults and insults of daily events. We have grieved our own as we’ve grieved our collective losses. We have surrendered to transformation. We have been faithful.
And still, we are experiencing an unrelenting barrage of structural and personal violence…racism, apathy, economic emergency, suppression of reality. Systems continue to go unchecked, undermining the very reason for government. We continue to show up, yet there seems to be no end in sight.
Our societies stand on a precipice: We will either evolve or de-evolve.
We must sustain.
It’s times like these that one might want to give up. Yet, our leadership, creativity and discernment are needed more than ever.
We have to assume we have what it takes, that each of us has the ability to shape the future. We have to embrace the truth that how we live, speak and act is consequential.
Together as we mature into leadership in our own spheres of influence, we are ready to learn how to more competently forge paths into a paradigm of right relationship with the earth, ourselves and one another.
Join us for Way Station as we navigate through these pivotal times.

Build your skills as a leader.
Who is this gathering for?
This gathering is for people who see that there is work to be done in this time of radical paradigm shift, but who understand that we have to work differently to create something new. It’s for those of us who need to better understand how to approach this work with optimism, innovative tools and a firm belief that we are co-creators in these pivotal times.
Is this for me?
This event is for you if you:
- Know we are living in a pivotal time in history and are willing to take part in writing the script of what comes next.
- Feel scattered or daunted about the times we are living in and what is being asked of you.
- Want to step more fully into leadership to create liberatory ways of being.
- Don’t want to look back years from now and know you could have done things differently.
What will be covered?
- Understanding the political urgency of this moment, and the ways to meet it with conviction and focus.
- Grounding in our spiritual roots to harness discernment, filter out the noise, and move into aligned action.
- Moving from theory and conversations into action that breaks the cycle of generational pain and oppression.
When is it happening?

What is the cost?
All voices are valued, and we do not want cost to be an obstacle to those who wish to join. We ask that you consider the value of this sacred space and contribute accordingly.
